✨ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. These terms are not exhaustive and are subject to change. If anything is unclear, just ask! Above all else, I have the right to refuse service to anyone.✨

Usage

✅ YOU MAY:- Use the commission for non-commercial, personal use (ie. icons and wallpapers).
- Repost, preferably with credit or with the watermarked version.❌ YOU WILL NOT:- Use my art for commercial use.
- Use my art in a blockchain to be bought, sold, or minted, and/or used as an NFT.
- Use my art as a sample for generative AI.
- Create derivative pieces of my art using AI.

General

✅ I CAN DO:- humanoids
- Splatoon-themed characters
- props and weapons
- simple and complex backgrounds❌ I WILL NOT DO:- NSFW: gore, sexual content, r18
- mechs and robots
- other furries and anthros
- hateful content
- anything else upon further inspection that I deem simply not in good faith. I reserve my right to refuse you. ✨

Pricing and Examples

My commissions are categorized by the styles that I do.

CHIBI: Cute squishy things <3
- simple line art, flat(ish) colors and shading
- simple backgrounds only

REGULAR: How most of my pieces turn out.
- stylized line art, multiple layers of colors and shading
- simple background only

FULL RENDER: fully rendered, environmental pieces.
- atmospheric full color and lineart
- full rendered background and effects

All prices listed are base prices in USD. Half-bodies are usually waist up.Simple Backgrounds are solid color backgrounds or backgrounds with simple elements like abstract shapes, gradients, stickers, or props that don't need to be fully rendered.

Process

⚠️ Please order a commission through my Ko-Fi commission page. It will tell you how many slots I’m taking and of what types. Payment is required upfront. ⚠️Provide the following in the request:1. Communication platform (Discord, Email, Ko-Fi, Bluesky, or Twitter). I prefer Twitter or Bluesky.
2. What you’d like me to draw, with as much detail as you can - the characters, the poses and expressions, any changes to outfits, the background elements, weapon add-ons, props, etc.
3. Image references - PLEASE if any!
4. The deadline for the commission - if any.
5. The specific image dimensions and specs for the commission - if any.Delivery time will vary depending on the complexity of the commission. The average is ~2 weeks. If I take longer, I will let you know. I work in USA Central Time.When complete, I hope to use the watermarked version for marketing purposes (posting on Twitter, Ko-Fi, etc.). I’ll ask you for permission beforehand. :D

Refunds

You may cancel the commission and get a return depending on where we are with the work.1. If either you or I cancel the commission before I finish the preliminary sketches, you will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees.2. If either you or I cancel the commission after the preliminary sketches, you will receive half of your refund, minus any transactions fees.3. You will not receive a refund when the commission is finished.
